Yunnan Cuisine, is not officially listed in the “Eight Schools of Chinese Cuisine”, it has its own charm by using a plethora of spices and herbs, while people rarely noticed it, especially people who are not familiar to this area tucked away in southwest China.

Yunan Garden brings this unique cuisine to the city of Las Vegas, a travel resort imbued with various kinds of entertainment. Yunnan Rice Noodle Soup is one of the specialties. Consisting of a bowl of noodles, it is much like a hot pot, and the meat slices, noodles (mixian in Chinese), vegetables and spices are for the diner’s free choices.  

In addition, this restaurant provides Sichuan cuisine which features a bundle of peppers and its tongue-numbing taste. Among a multitude of offerings, the Boiled Fish with Szechuan Special Sauce and Chongqing Spicy Chicken receive the loudest applause. Deeply steeped in the aroma of Szechuan spices, and infusing the nutrition values of each ingredients, these dishes are authentic and only be found in China.

Since its opening in 1997, Yunnan Garden was one of the first restaurants to offer Sichuan cuisine, and it has accumulated a large customer base, and rave online reviews just testify how the restaurant is well received.
